By purchasing anything from our store, you are acknowledging that you understand the following:

  • When you are purchasing from our store, you are purchasing a pre-order product, meaning that you will not receive your order until our Shipping Period begins (roughly September 2025, however manufacturer delays or postal service interruptions may affect this. We will update all buyers via email and social media should a significant delay (that we are aware of) occur.).
  • Production updates will be posted on our social media accounts, @presentmiczine on Twitter and Bluesky.
  • International shipping may take up 1-4 weeks to reach their destination AFTER items are shipped out. Domestic orders may take up to a week or more.
  • Shipping prices may fluctuate due to the American holiday season, or available staff within the couriers than handle packages. This is outside of our control. 
  • All purchases are intended for personal use and enjoyment only.

All products are shipping from the United States.

 

Are you shipping internationally? Are you shipping to the EU?

  • We are shipping internationally, including to the EU.
  • For EU orders, please note that buyers are responsible for any extra costs associated with import, customs, etc. We are not collecting VAT at purchase point.

Why can't I purchase the Headphones merch if I live in the EU?

Due to the GSPR legislation introduce by the Europeon Union, certain imported goods are limited. This includes, but is not limited to, electronics, which Headphones fall under. You can read more into the GSPR here to see what is and is not exempt from this legislation.

 

How can I change my shipping information (name/phone/address)?

If you wish to make any changes to your shipping information, changes must be made BEFORE you get sent a tracking email. We will send out an email to update addresses and make an announcement on our social media prior to shipping.

 

Am I allowed to cancel my order/request a refund?

Due to this being a P4P zine, all sales are final, so please be sure you can afford and definitely want to make any purchases. There are situations in which a refund may be dispensed, read below for further information. 

 

The mod team will ONLY be responsible for replacing/refunding:

  • Orders that have not arrived due to negligence in organizing (e.g. the address on the postal label does not match the inputted address on the order.)
  • Orders that are damaged or incorrect due to our mistake (e.g. incorrect/missing items, defect merch that is not caused by negligent handling by postal services.) 
  • All damaged items must be clearly photographed and listed when requesting a replacement and/or refund.

 

The mod team will NOT be responsible for replacing/refunding:

  • Lost orders due to an address entered incorrectly by the buyer.
  • Orders that are shipped to the buyer's old address (due to us not receiving any update.)
  • Orders that are damaged during shipment or through shipping company mishandling (e.g. packages bent to fit in mailboxes, left out in the rain by carriers, other external damage to the packaging resulting in damages to the contents. In this instance, you must contact the courier to discuss your options.)
